Day 1: Arrive Auckland
Upon arrival into Auckland Airport, collect your rental vehicle and make your way to your centrally-located accommodation.

Day 2: Auckland
Experience an afternoon wine tasting in Auckland’s Heritage Wine Region. Your winery tour includes a vineyard lunch, three winery tastings and small group transportation by an experienced local guide.

Day 3: Auckland to Rotorua via Hobbiton
En route to Rotorua, stop in the heart of the mighty Waikato region where you can explore the lush pastures of the Shire with a guided walking tour of Hobbiton, as featured in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

Day 4: Rotorua
This evening, connect with Maori culture as you embark on an Indigenous Experience at Te Puia Thermal Reserve.

Day 5: Rotorua
Enjoy today at leisure to explore the geothermal wonders of Rotorua.

Day 6: Rotorua to Napier
Depart Rotorua and call into Taupo, home to New Zealand’s largest lake where you can witness the raging waterfalls of Huka Falls. Upon arrival into Napier, enjoy the evening at leisure to explore the beautiful art deco buildings.

Day 7: Napier (Hawke’s Bay)
Napier is home to many fine wineries, fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes. The boutique shops are a must-visit, as is the Sea Walls collection of magnificent murals painted on more than 50 walls around the city.

Day 8: Napier to Wellington
Situated at the southern end of the North Island and nestled between green hills and a sparkling harbour, Wellington, New Zealand, is a little city with a big heart.

Day 9: Wellington
Enjoy today at leisure to wander through hidden laneways to see vibrant street art, discover the stories of New Zealand in world-class museums or ride the iconic Wellington Cable Car for amazing city views.

Day 10: Depart Wellington
Drop off your vehicle to Wellington Airport where your holiday concludes.
