How do I update my contact details for my insurance policy?
You can update contact details such as your phone number or email address online in myRAC.
Log in to myRAC and select Edit your contact details. Then select Contact details and select Edit.
Enter your new details and save your changes by selecting Update contacts.
This will update your contact details for your home, car, motorcycle, caravan, trailer, boat or pet insurance, Roadside Assistance, Membership, Rewards and finance.
To update contact details for other policies, please call 13 17 03.
