Autoclub terms and conditions

• Vehicles subject to availability.
• Valid at participating locations across Australia, New Zealand, and all Europcar countries.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Discount of 15% applies to the base cost (time and kilometres) of rental only. Discount will be incorporated into your total price at the Quote summary stage.
• You agree for Europcar to share your member information with RAC as per the Europcar Privacy Policy.
• Europcar standard age, credit card, and driver requirements apply.
• An online reservation restriction of at least four hours prior to vehicle pick up applies.
• Extra charges may apply to options you select, if you do not return the vehicle to the same pick-up location or return the vehicle late, or if you do not return the vehicle full of fuel unless the prepaid fuel option is purchased, or if you incur infringements or use toll roads.
• Valid to all passenger vehicle classes, including prestige.
• Standard passenger vehicles include unlimited kilometres in metropolitan areas for up to 14 days, 200km per day for rentals in Country areas and 100km per day in Remote areas.
• For prestige vehicles: 1-29 days, 200 kms free per day; 30+ days, 100 kms free per day with additional kilometres charged per kilometre.
• If there is Damage, theft of the Vehicle, or Third Party Loss, you must also pay up to the standard Damage Liability Fee (DLF). Optional Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce your liability, but there may be no cover under some circumstances.
• Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the Rental Period is due to start. Refer to the full rental Terms and Conditions.

Important Notes:
·  The discount doesn't apply for checkouts during school holidays in Australia and New Zealand (25 June to 17 July 2026 and 17 September to 5 October 2026) will receive the standard 15% discount.
·  Bookings made outside of Australia and New Zealand will receive 15% off.
·  The campaign has been extended beyond the standard 1-31 May marketing period to align with the Europcar release calendar. Since the microsite will continue to promote the offer we have extended the booking dates until we can update the web to be ACCC compliant. 
Specific Instructions:
·  Mieli: The special offer banner will only be displayed from 1-31 May. However, members will continue to receive the 20% discount until 3 June.
·  Clubs: Please market the offer only for the period of May 1–31. 
·  Europcar Microsite: The 20% discount will continue to be promoted throughout the whole reservation period.
·  Reservation/Station Bookings: Members will continue to receive the 20% discount throughout the nominated period.
Terms and Conditions

·  The additional promotion discount does not apply in Australia and New Zealand for collections between:  25 June 2026 to 17 July 2026 and 17 September 2026 to 5 October 2026. For collections between these dates members will receive the standard discount of 15%. 
·  Discount of 15% for International travel (excluding New Zealand) applies to the base cost (time and kilometres) of rental only. Discount will be incorporated into your total price at the Quote Summary Stage.
·  The discount does not apply to fees and taxes, compulsory or optional extras purchased on collection
