Welcome to Canada. Once you’ve landed in Calgary, you’ll be met and taken to your hotel in Banff. Make yourself at home before meeting your fellow guests at a welcome dinner.

Choose how you'd like to spend today in Banff and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

You might like to take part in the Banff Experience, which includes a visit to the Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Alternatively, board the Banff Gondola and ascend Sulphur Mountain, or set off on a heli-sightseeing excursion. Perhaps enjoy a float trip along Bow River or learn how to be a Canadian ice hockey player. Otherwise, you might like to spend some time at the Fairmont Spa.

Day 3: Banff, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise

Tour Banff then set off to visit the spectacular Moraine Lake. Later, arrive at iconic Lake Louise.

Day 4: Lake Louise, Athabasca Glacier, Jasper

Travel along the Icefields Parkway, and stop at the Columbia Icefield. Here, you’ll board an Ice Explorer vehicle and journey onto Athabasca Glacier before being taken to Jasper via Athabasca Falls. Tonight, dine at the lodge and enjoy a special experience.

Your rail journey starts this morning when you board the Rocky Mountaineer. Relax and soak up the views from your bi-level glass-dome carriage in GoldLeaf Service en route to Kamloops.

Day 7: Kamloops, Rocky Mountaineer, Vancouver

The Rocky Mountaineer continues west today, bringing you to Vancouver. See the orange truss bridge at Cisco Crossing and the water crashing over Hell’s Gate.

Day 8: Vancouver, Embark Ship

Explore the must-see sights of bustling Vancouver on a guided discovery. Later, board your ship and set off for your journey along Alaska’s iconic coastline.

Day 9: The Inside Passage

Spend today on board, gliding past rocky headlands and over the icy waters of the Inside Passage, one of the most picturesque sea lanes in the world.

Day 10: Juneau

Alaska’s capital, Juneau, is set at the foot of the mountain peaks on the Gastineau Channel, and outdoor activities are plentiful. Disembark and explore at leisure or with an optional excursion (own expense).

Day 11: Skagway

Arrive in Skagway, the Inside Passage’s northernmost point. See heritage buildings, now protected as part of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park, and maybe set off on an excursion (own expense).

Day 12: Glacier Bay National Park

Wake among the breathtaking scenery of Glacier Bay National Park. Take in the calving tidewater glaciers and learn from local rangers who explain the geological wonders

Day 13: Ketchikan

Dock in Ketchikan today, set on the tranquil shores of the Tongass Narrows, and spend some time exploring as you please.

Day 14: The Inside Passage

Enjoy a last day on board, cruising the Inside Passage at leisure.

Day 15: Disembark Ship, Depart Vancouver

Disembark and be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
