The Royal Automobile Club of W.A. (Incorporated) (RAC) is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at RAC’s head office at 832 Wellington Street West Perth on Monday 24 November 2025 at 7pm.
At the AGM, members are being requested to support further governance changes to strengthen RAC into the future, with a special resolution being put to Voting Members to approve a change in the legal structure of the Club from an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee.

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting together with the Explanatory Statement can be found below. The Explanatory Statement has been prepared to assist members better understand the change in legal structure, which is to be considered at the 2025 AGM. Members’ Information Session
RAC recognises that members may have questions relating to the proposed changes. To give members an opportunity to hear more about the proposed changes and to raise questions before the AGM, the President will host an information session at RAC’s head office, 832 Wellington Street, West Perth on Monday 20 October 2025 at 3pm.
