John Driscoll – President
BEcon, MBA, FAICD
Elected to Council in 2018, John is recognised as one of Western Australia’s leading Marketing professionals, best known for his 30 year career leading Marketforce which was, during this time, acknowledged as WA’s most successful communications agency. On Leaving Marketforce John joined Seven West Media (WA) as CEO, before establishing Longreach Consulting, a specialist media and communications business.
Johns past experience includes serving as the Chair of The Rottnest Island Authority, Screenwest, Crimestoppers and Trinity College as well as being an independent board member of BDO (WA).
Since joining the RAC Council John has served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Chair of the Sponsorship Committee, and as a member of the RAC Member and Policy Committee.

Donna Cross – Vice President
EdD GradDipHSc BEd, FAHMS GAICD
Dr Donna Cross OAM FAHMS GAICD is an internationally recognised behavioural scientist and Emeritus Professor with the School of Population and Global Health at the University of Western Australia. She is also a Senior Honorary Fellow at UWA and an Honorary Distinguished Fellow at The Kids Research Institute Australia.
Until retiring from UWA and the Kids Research Institute in 2022, she led a large research team developing and trialling evidence-based strategies to improve children’s and adolescents’ mental health, safety, and wellbeing. Her research has contributed to major reforms, including road-safety initiatives such as the introduction of 40 km/h school zones in Western Australia. From 2023 to 2025, Donna served as Chief Behavioural Advisor to the NSW Government, guiding state-wide policy on children’s and young people’s behaviour and wellbeing.
A highly experienced non-executive director with 39 years of governance experience, Donna currently also serves on the boards of Healthway, Pymble Ladies’ College, and Wesley College Council, and Sante Holdings. She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and continues to volunteer her expertise to multiple health, education, and community organisations as an ambassador, patron, and scientific advisor.
Donna’s contributions have been recognised with more than 40 awards, including induction into the WA Science Hall of Fame (2023), the Medal of the Order of Australia (2022), WA Women’s Hall of Fame (2022) and WA Australian of the Year (2012).

Leanne Bishop
BA, LLB (UWA)
Leanne is a principal lawyer and the practice leader in a Perth law firm, with more than 25 years’ experience in insurance law and litigation. Her primary area of practice has been in assessment of risk, liability and quantum, and the management and resolution of claims for personal injury and death arising from motor vehicle crashes in Western Australian, on behalf of the compulsory third party injury insurer, with extensive experience also in employers’ indemnity and public liability risk. She was previously a founding partner and business owner of a boutique insurance law firm for 19 years and senior associate in a large Western Australian law firm.
Leanne was elected to RAC Council in 2019 and was the Council representative on the RAC Group Audit and Risk Committee for 5 years and its Member and Policy Committee for 2 years before appointment as a Director of the RAC Board. She has previous corporate governance experience as Director of a professional performing arts company for 7 years, including two years as its Chair. She currently serves on the management committee of the Australian Dance Council – Ausdance WA Branch Inc.

Roger Farley
MAICD
Roger is nationally recognised in strategy and communications, and a behaviour change practitioner with over 25 years of experience at a senior level. Well experienced in the creation and implementation of processes and campaigns for effective behaviour change based on sound public policy, data, and evidence.
A non-executive director who has held varied chair and committee roles. Roger regularly presents and facilitates a communication and design program for final year students at Universities and TAFEs across Australia, and internationally.
Roger has governance experience on panels, partnering, stakeholder relationships, community engagement and community development, contracts and organisational brand.

Kerry Harris
BCom, FCPA, GAICD
Kerry is a non-executive director and financial management professional, with experience across member-based and for-purpose industries. She has held Executive Management positions with Gymnastics Australia, the WA Football Commission and the Law Society of WA.
Kerry holds non-executive director and governance roles with disability service provider Rocky Bay, Volunteering Australia and Sheep Producers Australia.
Kerry owns and operates Focus Consultants, which advises organisations on strategy, financial management, governance and business process design.

Kelly Hick
HonDUniv ECowan, LLB, DipAppSc(Dist), Dip Local Govt, FAICD
Kelly is an experienced multi-sector Board Member and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She is currently an Independent Director of LGISWA, Director of Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association, a WA Division Council Member of AICD and Regional Forum Member and ECU South West Campus Advisory Board Member.
Kelly’s previous Board and Board Committee sector experience includes higher education, local government, regional health research and Western Australian Government statutory authority.
A business owner, Kelly currently operates a governance, training and strategy consultancy and a SW tourism business. A former lawyer, her career experience also includes senior executive roles in professional services and member-based organisations, including the RAC.
