If you’ve been advised by an RAC Consultant that you were entitled to request a reimbursement, please follow the steps below.
How to request a reimbursement?
Step 1
Download and complete the application for reimbursement form.
Step 2
Attach copies of tax receipts (PDF or JPEGS format only) with the form.
Step 3
Send all paperwork to extended.benefits@rac.com.au
*If you have any questions about requesting a reimbursement, please call 1800 999 036.
*You will not be entitled to any reimbursements for services you have organised without prior agreement from RAC.
Frequently Asked Questions
After being advised by one of our consultants that you are entitled to a reimbursement, you can complete the Application for Reimbursement form (PDF 70KB) and send all paperwork to extended.benefits@rac.com.au.
It depends on your roadside assistance level of cover, length of tenure and if you have previously used any Extended Benefits. To see your Annual Entitlement Limit refer to the Roadside Assistance Entitlements.
