If you have been asked to submit documentation to support your claim, you can choose one of the following: 

  • Login to myRAC and upload your documents
  • Email: claims@rac.com.au 
  • Mail: RAC Claims, GPO Box C140, Perth WA 6839

Remember to clearly indicate your claim number in the subject of your email and on your documents.
