The discount decreases by 5% each year your car ages, until your car reaches five years old. The discount will automatically be applied to your premium.

Where available, this discount applies to Comprehensive Car policies on cars recognized as having lower emissions. The discount is up to 25% (for cars less than 1 year old) and then reduces 5% for each year of vehicle age. For example, a car less than 2 year's old would receive up to a 20% discount.
Any applicable insurance discounts may be subject to minimum premiums. Discounts only apply until a minimum premium is reached. For more information see the policy PED Guide and PDS.
