On 30 January 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared Coronavirus (COVID-19) a public health emergency of international concern.
For all policies purchased after 7am (AEST) 31 January 2020, there is no cover for the cancellation of travel arrangements as a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
On 18 March 2020, the Australian Government upgraded its travel advice to 'Do Not Travel' (Level 4) for the entire world.
For all policies purchased after 9am (AEST) 18 March 2020, there is no cover for any claim which was a result of this event.
