West Aussies know their beaches have a strong claim to being the best in the world.

And there are plenty to choose from. We’ve got 20,000km of white sandy beaches to brag about.

In fact, if everyone in WA spread out their towels on a piece of our coastline, they’d get about 7 metres of pristine beach to themselves.

So there's no stepping around umbrellas or being flicked by hot sand as a fellow beach-goer runs into the surf - except maybe at Cott on a warm day.

Where else in the world can you get that?

From the Horizontal Falls to Duke of Orleans in Esperance, this is our love letter to WA’s coast. What's your favourite?

Tired of your local beach?
