Requests for Postal Ballot Packs must be received by the Issuing Officer no later than 10am on Friday, 15 November 2024, 10 days before the AGM. Please allow 7 days for the delivery of your postal ballot pack.
Yes, the postal pack includes a Vote Information letter with your personalised QR code and Voter Access Code to access the online voting system. To vote online, simply scan the QR code with your device or enter the voting link and follow the instructions.
Read the Candidate profile statements to learn more about the candidates up for election. The statements will also be provided in the RAC Election Supplement and through the online voting system. Councillors standing for re-election are marked with an asterisk.
You must place a cross (x) next to the names of up to Four (4) candidates of your choice. Put the Ballot Paper in the envelope marked Ballot Paper Envelope. Sign and Date the Declaration on the flap of the Ballot Paper Envelope. Do not remove the flap. Put the Ballot Paper Envelope into the Reply Paid Envelope and post it.
Your Vote Information letter will include voting instructions with your personal Voter Access code and QR code.
