How to claim on your HCF Health Insurance

Claim for hospital and medical claims

If you have a hospital or medical claim log into the HCF member portal online or call HCF on 13 13 34, 7 days a week.

Monday to Friday 5 am to 5 pm (AWST)
Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 2 pm (AWST)

Claim for extras

Extras claims can be processed;

  • on the spot with providers who utilise the HICAPS system
  • by submitting a photo of your claim quickly and easily through the HCF app.
  • by visiting an HCF kiosk
  • downloading a claim form and send via post
